Delivery at a glance

  • Next Working Day Delivery on UK mainland orders
    (Order by 2pm Mon–Thu, 1pm Fri)
  • Free delivery on orders over £100
  • Fully tracked delivery via Royal Mail Tracked24 or DPD
  • £3.99–£4.50 standard delivery on smaller items
  • Highlands, Islands & Channel Islands may take longer

Delivery

**ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2pm MONDAY-THURSDAY and 1pm FRIDAY TO ENSURE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY (excludes Bank Holidays)**

All sales are subject to our Terms & Conditions, please refer to these for our full delivery policy.

Next Working Day Delivery is UK Mainland only.
For Highlands and Islands, delivery can take longer.

Please contact us for delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

Delivery costs

The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website for each product. In summary they are:

  • £3.99 single rugs, cushions, foot muffs and shoes
  • £4.50 for play rugs
  • Orders over £100 are free delivery

Despatch and delivery time

During the order process we will let you know when we will deliver the products to you. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will be within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated) after the day on which we accept your order. This does not include any bespoke or customised items; we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for such items.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked24 or DPD Next Day as standard, both services are fully tracked; you will receive notifications via email and/or text messages.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered

If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery

If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
